Pet Prescriptions and Medications
At Your Pet’s Mobile Vet, we’re committed to ensuring your pet receives the right treatment — safely and professionally. We offer mobile veterinary consultations with the ability to dispense appropriate medications during your visit, or issue a written prescription for external supply when needed.
Medications Dispensed During Appointments
When clinically indicated, we can supply a range of commonly used veterinary medications as part of your pet’s treatment plan. These may include:

Eye, ear, and skin treatments
All medications are prescribed and dispensed based on clinical assessment during your consultation.
Written Prescriptions
If your pet requires ongoing treatment and you prefer to use an external pharmacy, we can provide a written prescription following a consultation. These are issued in accordance with veterinary prescribing laws and only for an animal under our care — requiring a physical examination within the last 6 months.
We do not issue prescriptions without consultation.
Repeat Supplies
If your pet is already under our care and has been assessed recently, repeat medications may be supplied without a new consultation, provided ongoing treatment is appropriate and monitoring requirements have been met. Some medications may require blood tests or other checks prior to refill.
